Refund and Cancellation Policy for The LineSpotHub

At The LineSpotHub, we strive to provide the highest quality courses and workshops to our students. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation by Students:
    • Up to 14 days before the course/workshop start date:
      • Full refund, minus a $20 administrative fee.
    • 7-13 days before the course/workshop start date:
      • 50% refund of the course/workshop fee.
    • Less than 7 days before the course/workshop start date:
      • No refunds will be issued.
    • No-shows:
      • No refunds will be issued.
  2. Cancellation by The LineSpotHub:
    • Full refund:
      • If a course or workshop is cancelled by The LineSpotHub, students will receive a full refund of the course/workshop fee.
    • Notification:
      • Students will be notified of cancellations as soon as possible via the contact information provided during registration.
  3. Rescheduling:
    • Rescheduling by students:
      • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days before the course/workshop start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
    • Rescheduling by The LineSpotHub:
      • If a course or workshop needs to be rescheduled, students will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to attend the rescheduled session or receive a full refund.
  4. Special Circumstances:
    • Medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances:
      • In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us at [email protected] or +1-206-465-3398. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  5. Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request approval.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
